Role at a glance
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join Deligo’s Operations experts. As a member of the team, you will provide expert assistance to our customer, ensuring seamless operation and satisfaction with our product.
How you’ll make a difference
- Provide customer support via different interfaces like live chat and email
- Lead and deliver new location’s deployments
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, escalate is required
- Assist customer with setup and configuration
- Document and track customer interactions and solutions
- Execute scheduled (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, etc.) reporting activities
- Improve our AI success results through data analysis and enhancement
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation
What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience in customer or sales support roles
- Strong English language skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical savviness to tackle tricky issues
- Willingness to work flexibly, as we cover 8-18 in shifts (8-16/10-18)
- Willingness to travel (around 20% of the time to our clients, mainly across EU and UK) ✈️
