What to expect
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join us. As a member of the team, you will provide expert assistance to our customer, ensuring seamless operation and satisfaction with our product.
This is how you’ll help us grow:
Provide customer support via different interfaces like live chat and email
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, escalate is required
Assist customer with setup and configuration
Document and track customer interactions and solutions
Execute scheduled (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, etc.) reporting activities
Improve our AI success results through data analysis and enhancement
Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation
What you will bring to the table:
Proven experience in customer support role
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Technical savviness to tackle tricky issues
Strong English language skills
Willingness to work flexibly, as we cover 8-18 in shifts (8-16/10-18)
