What to expect

As a client facing project manager you will be a crucial link between product and customers. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to understand customer needs, provide technical expertise, manage new integrations and support the sales and deployment process.


This is how you’ll help us grow:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand our customers' technical requirements and challenges

  • Contribute to the development of sales collateral, technical documentation, case studies, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs

  • Manage new integrations and maintain existing ones in collaboration with the development team

  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver technical presentations to potential customers

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical project management to ensure all operational and technical requirements are met for the customer to succeed including kiosk order processing, shipping, invoicing and payments

  • Own and improve integration-related existing and new processes 

  • Participate in the deployment and onboarding of new locations, build processes and collaborate with the customer support team

  • Participate in customer meetings and engage in discussions about the technical aspects of our solutions

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to provide informed insights

  • Support the development of proof-of-concept (PoC) projects when necessary

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in technology and innovation

  • Familiarity with Software Integrations – Experience managing or working with APIs, SaaS solutions, or product integrations

  • Ability to understand, communicate, and manage technical integrations and product-related challenges

  • Excellent Communication Skills – Both verbal and written communication are key for engaging with our customers and internal teams

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and understandable language for non-technical stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for deployments, customer visits and presentations ✈️

  • Professional proficiency in English is required

  • Experience in software testing or development is a plus

  • Professional proficiency in French or German is a plus

  • Experience working in a fast paced startup or scaleup environment

  • International studies or work experience

  • B2B Support role experience is a big plus

  • Previous Experience in Pre-Sales or Technical Sales Support – Understanding of the sales cycle and ability to contribute to technical sales collateral
