What to expect: 

As the first marketing team member you will have an outsized impact in building Deligo’s marketing strategy. Your mission will be to execute our end-to-end content strategy working closely with the founders and the sales and product teams. 

More specifically, you will:

  • Lead and execute an end-to-end content strategy. Directly create a wide range of content, including presentations, white papers, case studies, social posts, and video scripts, ensuring they are aligned with our business goals, targeting key personas across various stages of the customer journey.

  • Subcontract specialists like graphic designers, videographers to help you create content. 

  • Distribute content across multiple channels, optimizing reach and audience engagement.

  • Support the product team in developing  product documentation and interactive user guides. 

  • Ensure consistency in our brand's voice, style, and messaging across all content and platforms.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends to produce relevant and cutting-edge content.

  • As the first marketing team member you will also need to occasionally manage the company’s trade events presence, taking the lead on stand design, delivery & implementation.

Qualifications: What you will need to be successful 

  • 3 – 5 years relevant marketing experience preferably working with B2B software products

  • Ability to translate complex problems into engaging stories and powerful messages. 

  • Strong portfolio of marketing content that you created. 

  • Design sensibility and experience in using basic tools to develop visual content. 

  • Professional proficiency (ideally native) in English, meaning you actively use English in your work for copywriting. 

  • Adaptable self-starter – someone who can use their own initiative to keep things running at pace and won’t wait for answers.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for technology
