The role: 

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Deligo, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth by increasing sales across Europe. Joining as one of the founding members of our Sales team, you’ll have a significant impact on shaping the company’s sales strategy and refining processes. Our revenue grew 10X last year and secured customers like Elior and Sodexo serving sites like UBS Bank and PWC. You’ll also contribute to enhancing our established sales playbook, which has already demonstrated success with our current 15+ customer base. You will work closely with and report directly to the founder and CEO. 

In your day to day job, you’ll:

  • Create your own pipeline by reaching out to potential customers - over the phone, in writing, or at in-person events, whatever makes the biggest impact

  • Independently manage complex sales cycles, from the first outreach message to sealing the deal

  • Contract negotiations with decision-makers and key C-level executives

  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers to help them roll out and make the most of Deligo in their daily operations

  • Build and maintain partnerships with POS solution providers and other ecosystem partners

  • Keep meticulous notes to track our engagement with prospective customers, using our CRM system and other sales tools. You will be able to rely on an assistant to help with your sales admin.

  • Forecast and meet revenue targets

  • Embark on customer trips, with travel comprising up to 30% of your schedule

What you’ll bring to the table: 

  • 5-10 years of SaaS sales experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Solid track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and pipeline generation targets

  • Proven experience in selling services to industries that are new to you (retail and hospitality experience a plus)

  • The ability to present and position yourself professionally with individuals at all levels of management (including C-Level) to foster meaningful and prosperous customer connections

  • The ability to travel frequently to meet customers and colleagues face-to-face ✈️

  • Fluent proficiency in English + native local language (Nordics / Netherlands)
