This is how youโ€™ll help us grow:

๐Ÿข Office & Operations Management

Be the soul and backbone of the office: ensure a welcoming, efficient, and well-stocked workspace.

  • Take ownership of order coordination, shipping, and travel logistics โ€” from organizing shipments and deployments to booking business trips.

  • Manage office supplies and essentials, keeping the workspace stocked with snacks, coffee, and stationery.

  • Organize weekly team lunches and contribute to maintaining our vibrant team culture.

  • Ensure the office remains a friendly, clean, and comfortable environment for everyone.

  • Step in with occasional financial and administrative support, such as assisting with invoices, payment tracking, and documentation when needed.

โ€๐Ÿ’ผ HR Administration

  • Support payroll processes: track vacations, process extras, and confirm payments.

  • Handle sick leave documentation with accuracy and discretion.

  • Support onboarding logistics (contracts, tech setup, welcome packs) so new colleagues have a great start.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and help streamline HR administration.

โœ… What you will bring to the table:

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, HR/people support, or administration โ€” ideally gained in a fast-paced environment with international exposure

  • Ideally, experience with shipping coordination, including handling international shipments and logistics.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Professional English skills (written and spoken).

  • A positive, approachable attitude ๐ŸŒž โ€” someone who lifts the atmosphere just by being around

  • Tech-savviness with tools like Google Workspace and Slack  (or willingness to pick them up quickly)

  • A self-starter mindset: proactive, adaptable, and always eager to make things better

  • Comfort navigating uncertainty and changing priorities โ€” thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

  • Start: As soon as youโ€™re ready to join us!

  • Location: Budapest, 2nd district

  • Work setup: This is primarily an on-site role, as youโ€™ll be the heart of our office operations and the first friendly face our team sees each morning.

  • Working hours: The workday starts at 8:00 AM to make sure the office is set up and welcoming by the time the team arrives. The end time depends on your agreed weekly working hours.

  • Contract: Permanent contract

  • Compensation: Competitive package based on experience
