As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with the founders to find key early hires primarily for product, engineering, sales and operations roles. You will also work closely with the founders on the first leadership hires and codifying our culture.
More specifically, you will:
Manage and own full-cycle recruitment focusing on our product, engineering, sales and operations roles.
Support functional managers in crafting job descriptions and defining ideal candidate profiles.
Build scalable recruitment processes with both the candidate and the hiring team experience at its heart.
Develop our employer brand, organize events and do whatever you need to ensure you can source the very best talent.
As we are a small team, you will also take on the HR Generalist role in the first year in a small fraction of your time. Note: we already have an associate responsible for HR admin processes.
What you will need to be successful:
Proven track record (3+ years of experience) in Talent Acquisition roles in top tier startups or scaleups
Sourcing skills and experience that go beyond LinkedIn: You find joy in sourcing and in finding creative ways to reach out to potential talent
Excellent communication skills: you can pitch to candidates and carry them through the recruitment process.
Adaptable self-starter: you can use your own initiative to keep things running at pace and won’t wait for answers.
Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
