What to expect
We are seeking a strategic and operationally focused Chief of Staff. At Deligo, we're on a mission to transform over 1 million Convenience Retail checkout points with AI computer vision. We have built strong product foundations, proven our sales motion and need to speed up go-to-market to capture this transformation opportunity and emerge as the category winner. In this role, you will be contributing to building solid foundations for repeatable future growth. You will be part of the management team, work closely with our founders and report to Istvan.
This is how you’ll help us grow:
Business Development & Strategy
Build customer and partner relationships in new markets and segments
Lead strategic initiatives, including identifying high-potential segments and geographies for go-to-market efforts
Revenue Operations
Own and optimize end-to-end processes, data, and systems that drive revenue—from initial lead generation to contract payments
Provide actionable insights and help guide decision-making for various go-to-market teams
Support accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline management to influence strategic decisions
Fundraising
Collaborate with leadership to develop a compelling fundraising narrative and strategy
Create fundraising materials to ensure a smooth fundraising process
Financial Planning & Operations
Oversee financial planning, including budgeting and forecasting
Manage and automate finance operations to support business scalability and efficiency
Legal & Compliance
Support the development and negotiation of commercial agreements to align with business objectives
Develop and implement an IP strategy to safeguard company assets
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
What you will bring to the table:
5+ years of experience with a mix of consulting and business operations / development roles preferably with startup or scale-up experience
Strong financial acumen, with experience in financial planning, forecasting, and fundraising processes
Excellent analytical skills, with a track record of using data to drive strategic decisions
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a strong ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional business English language skills are a must
