What to expect:
As a Sales Support Assistant/office manager at Deligo, you will directly report to one of our co-founders and will be his right hand in many areas including (and primarily) sales matters, office management and other ad-hoc requests. You will be responsible for providing and maintaining structure that is absolutely key in achieving our future goals.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Market research: You will be supporting sales in researching potential markets and identifying leads to start our endeavours in the unknown.
CRM Administration: You will be our In house Customer Relationship Management (CRM) expert who will make sure that the system is used in a way that best serves business objectives and saves the most time for the sales team:
You will have experience with working with a modern CRM in a high functioning sales team.
If this CRM is Hubspot that would be amazing, but if not, you will pick it up.
Travel organisation: You will assist our colleagues when travelling around the world:
Booking travel according to guidelines.
Administering all related travel expenses.
Contract and Invoice management: You will be our internal auditor when it comes to structure as you will have to:
Approve payments.
Collect invoices.
Ensure the accountant has all documents ready in time for month end close.
Make sure all contracts are signed and stored in a structured way.
A little office management: being a small team we are also looking for someone who can be the soul and backbone of the office:
Making sure that there are never ending office supplies, drinking water, snacks etc.
Organising our weekly team lunch.
Monitoring our hardware needs.
Generally making sure that the office maintains its already friendly and warm environment.

Professional proficiency in English, meaning you actively use English in your work.
A keen desire for structure and order.
Adaptable self-starter – someone who can use their own initiative to keep things running at pace and won’t wait for answers.
