What to expect

We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist / Buyer to support our supply chain operations and help us scale. You will play a key role in sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring smooth procurement processes.

This is how you’ll help us grow:

  • Order Processing & Sourcing: Manage and own the process of the kiosks’, as well as the spare parts’ purchase orders, track their deliveries, and ensure materials arrive on time.

  • Inventory Coordination: Help maintain optimal stock levels by taking ownership of our inventory records and monitoring supply needs regularly.

  • Vendor Management: Lead the identification, evaluation and maintain the relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers.

  • Cost Optimization: Support cost-saving initiatives by comparing prices, negotiating contracts, and finding alternative suppliers.

  • Quality Control: Own and improve the quality control measures to ensure that purchased items meet required standards

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, new suppliers, and pricing fluctuations to support purchasing decisions.

What you will bring to the table:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management (internships count!)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes and supplier negotiations

  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools is a plus

  • A background in mechanical engineering or manufacturing

  • Certifications like CPSM, CSCP, or other relevant credentials
