We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain operations, ensuring that our procurement and contract manufacturing processes run smoothly and are prepared for scaling.
As Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, services, and equipment necessary for Deligo’s operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills, strong technical acumen and a keen eye for detail.
Order Processing and sourcing: Manage the procurement process from A to Z, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time. Stay up-to-date with lead times and monitor logistics from purchasing to production.
Inventory Management: Own and improve the product inventory and BOM list, be our inventory guru to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent hiccups.
Support R&D activities: Source, evaluate and compare new components supporting our R&D projects for new hardware configurations.
Vendor Management: Scout, evaluate, and build relationships with suppliers, contract manufacturers and vendors. Negotiate contracts like a pro to secure unbeatable deals. Make sure our sources are reliable and our supply chain is robust.
Cost Management: Monitor and manage procurement budgets, seeking opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all procured items and services meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
Market Analysis: Stay in the know with market trends, pricing, and product availability to keep us competitive.
What you will bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
3-5 years in procurement, preferably in manufacturing.
Experience in procurement software and tools.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work solo or with the team.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles.

Mechanical Engineer background
CPSM, CSCP, or other relevant certifications are a big plus.
